This Disclaimer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you as the user ("User") and Messrs. CY NG & BARRY ("Sponsor") regarding the use of the legal calculator ("Calculator") provided by Sponsor.
1. Reference Purpose Only:
The Calculator is made available by Sponsor for reference purposes only as this Calculator is a general tool and may not account for all relevant legal factors in individual cases.
2. Seek Legal Advice:
Users are strongly advised to seek the advice of a qualified lawyer.
3. No Liability:
Sponsor, its partners and/or staff members shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, penalties, or any other consequences that Users may incur as a result of using the Calculator or relying on the information provided by it. Use of the Calculator is entirely at the User's own risk.
4. No Solicitor-Client Relationship:
The use of the Calculator and any interactions with Sponsor, its partners, or staff members do not establish a Solicitor-Client Relationship. No confidential or privileged information should be shared through the Calculator.
5. Acceptance of Terms:
By using the Calculator, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
6. Changes to Agreement:
Sponsor reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Users are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically for any updates or changes.
7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
